Onam 2025

HIMA CIO will host a grand celebration of Onam 2025, the traditional harvest festival of
Kerala. The day will be filled with cultural programmes, music, dance, games, and food,
bringing together communities in a spirit of festivity.
Highlights of the celebration will include:
• Cultural Performances: Thiruvathirakkali (classical group dance) along with other
traditional and contemporary dances.
• Onam Songs & Games (Onakkalikal): Fun-filled activities for children and adults.
• Kerala Sadya: A traditional vegetarian feast served on banana leaves, featuring over
25 dishes and accompaniments, offering a true taste of Kerala.
• Official Launch: The formal inauguration of HIMA CIO, with the unveiling of our new
logo, website, and social media platforms.
It will be a day that blends arts, cuisine, and community spirit, celebrating Kerala’s
traditions while welcoming everyone to share in the joy of the occasion.
